jiiwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiiwin ("jiiwin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jiiwin website located at jiiwin.cam, including all associated gaming services, account features, promotional programs, and customer support resources (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account on jiiwin, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional terms, rules, or policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jiiwin.cam.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of jiiwin following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to use jiiwin's Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not have an existing jiiwin account that has been suspended or permanently closed due to a Terms violation.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with jiiwin or any other gaming platform operating in the Philippines.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or agent of jiiwin, nor an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.

jiiwin reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to pass verification, or the discovery of false information provided during registration, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance attributable to gameplay conducted in breach of these eligibility requirements.

Each individual may register only one (1) jiiwin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your jiiwin account, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid, active Philippine mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Such additional information as jiiwin may request for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiiwin login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs). jiiwin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

You must notify jiiwin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiiwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

jiiwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jiiwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

All transactions on jiiwin are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method in the Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited instantly; however, jiiwin accepts no liability for processing delays attributable to payment processors or banking networks.

jiiwin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits made via unverified payment accounts may be withheld pending completion of identity verification.

Withdrawal requests on jiiwin are processed to the verified payment account linked to your jiiwin profile. jiiwin will only release funds to a GCash wallet, PayMaya account, or bank account (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) whose registered name exactly matches the KYC-verified name on your jiiwin account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed. jiiwin processes withdrawal requests during standard business hours; actual fund arrival times depend on the payment network used.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): typically 1–3 business days.
• jiiwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if jiiwin identifies suspicious activity, an ongoing bonus wagering obligation, or a breach of these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in the Cashier section and are subject to change.

jiiwin offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Key conditions applicable to all Bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated per promotion.
• Expiry: All Bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period are forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not claim duplicate bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to — or be excluded from — wagering requirement calculations. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Abuse: jiiwin reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on jiiwin operate under the rules and software provided by licensed third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested for fairness and compliance.

jiiwin publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term expected return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. No prediction, strategy, or system can reliably alter the probability of any individual game outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, jiiwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the Player's account. Any wins derived from a demonstrable malfunction are void and will not be paid out. jiiwin's decision regarding technical disputes is final.

You must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with jiiwin:

• Registering more than one account on jiiwin.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing jiiwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with jiiwin's Services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through jiiwin.
• Using a payment method registered in a name other than your own.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chip-dumping or match-fixing in any game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiiwin staff or other players.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities in the Philippines where applicable.

jiiwin is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure loss thresholds that, once reached, prevent further play until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify players of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from jiiwin, during which no account access or marketing communications will be permitted.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting jiiwin's support team, subject to the limitations outlined in the Privacy Policy.

All content on jiiwin.cam — including but not limited to the jiiwin logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other material — is the exclusive property of jiiwin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiiwin's Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jiiwin without the prior written consent of jiiwin.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jiiwin, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jiiwin is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or communication failures beyond jiiwin's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Financial losses sustained during gameplay, which are inherent to gambling activities and accepted by you upon registration.
• Any action taken by jiiwin in good faith in reliance on information provided by you that is later determined to be false or inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jiiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Any breach of these Terms by the account holder.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement directive requiring such action.

Upon account closure for cause, jiiwin may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately held and no breach of Terms is confirmed, it will be refunded to the account holder's verified payment method.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jiiwin's support team. Upon voluntary closure, the account balance will be withdrawn to the verified payment method after any applicable wagering obligations are settled.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of jiiwin's Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Escalated disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jiiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date, except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

The current version of the Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page at jiiwin.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of jiiwin's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
